Forum Series
What is the Forum Series?
Connect Florida presents its' Forum Series each year to educate focused, leadership oriented, young professionals on critical businesses and industries outside their particular area of developing expertise. An anti-silo approach to studying the major initiatives and challenges of moving Florida forward provides a general base of understanding for this next generation of leaders to effectively develop their businesses, their communities, and our state. The Forum Series is comprised of three events held in lockstep across each of Connect Florida's nine regions.
Why A Forum Series?
The Forum Series offers general members a tangible reason to connect with other emerging leaders and helps Connect Florida identify strong candidates for the Statewide Leadership Institute. Specifically, it offers general members and prospective members an opportunity to learn about critical issues of statewide impact and the role of Leadership Florida in developing the next generation of leaders that will address those issues. Connect Florida stands alone in providing the only resource for thinking critically about matters on a statewide perspective.
